Accordingly, Mica IT supports national and local privacy laws and we have procedures in place to meet the requirements of those laws.

Below we state our privacy principles, as well as our methods for collecting, storing, and using your personal information. Please review this information so that you may understand and sanction how we might collect, use, and share your personal information. We may not be able to assist you with your employment and staffing requirements unless you provide adequate personal information.

When we collect information, we inform our customers, employees and applicants of how we use it and if it will be transferred to third parties. When possible, we provide details to individuals prior to their providing information, or as soon thereafter as is practical.

Mica IT’s goal in gathering your personal information is to provide you with the most personalized service possible. By knowing more about you, we are able to deliver leading staffing and employment services and, hence, a better service to you.

Generally, personal information is requested when you contact us to seek employment or to find a candidate to fill a job opening. We request applicants to provide their names, addresses, and other personal information such as Social Security identification, work experience, education, and skills. When hiring employees, we may also request personal information that is considered "sensitive."

The amount of personal information you are required to supply will normally be limited to only that which is necessary to supply our services to you.

Employees and Applicants: Mica IT may ask you for your name, e-mail address, or other personal information such as Social Security identification, work experience, education and skills, when you apply using our electronic application or when you sign up for our job-search services or electronic timecard submittal.

Electronic-Timekeeping for Temporary Employees: To allow us to manage payroll for our client service representatives, Mica IT may collect personal data online from our employees. That information could include name, hours, address, and any other personal identification information, including a Social Security number or tax identification number. We use this data to process payroll either through Mica IT’s operations or through an agent of ours. We ensure that our collection and processing adheres to all privacy requirements when collecting timekeeping data manually or electronically.

We educate our employees and on occasion confirm our compliance with our privacy and security policies. Mica IT does not sell or trade personal data to third parties. We will disclose personal information when required by law.

In order to provide our services, personal data you give us may be shared with other Mica IT operations that are governed by the same privacy principles and security practices. We sometimes use other companies to provide services for us such as health-care benefits and payroll processing services for our employees.
