Differences to Clients

Customer Guarantee

Mica IT is pleased to extend the following guarantee, provided the service charge is paid within 30 days of the start date. Should the candidate leave or be terminated with due causes, Mica IT Staffing Group will upon written notification, provide a refund according to the following refund schedule:


  • 0-31 days of employment—100% refund
  • 31-60 days of employment—60% refund
  • 61-90 days of employment—30 % refund
  • 91+ days of employment—no refund

Services to Candidates

Referral Program


  • You may submit as many candidates and employers as you wish.
  • You cannot refer yourself and be eligible for the reward.
  • A qualified referral is a candidate who is not already in Mica IT Staffing’s database.
  • For candidate referrals, the reward will be paid out upon the first successful placement of the referred candidate. A successful placement entails that the employment situation must persist for a minimum of (720 hours) before reward payment is made.

Subsequent placements for the same referral are not applicable for reward payment.

The Mica IT Staffing Referral Program may end at any time without notice. Referrals submitted before the end date will still be honored.
